New Stuff Inc. hereafter ("WE", ""OUR", "US")  is required to comply with the above Privacy Law by obtaining a parent's consent before WE collect, use or disclose personally identifiable information (hereafter"PII") of a child as defined by the Privacy Law above..  WE will not collect, use or disclose any PPI from a child less than the age indicated above without prior parental consent.

We obtained your email address from your child for the sole purpose of contacting you to obtain your consent.

This notice indicates how WE comply with the Privacy Law above and provides a means for you to grant your consent.  If you grant consent, you may withdraw it at any time.  If you do not provide your consent within a reasonable time, WE will delete your online contact information from OUR records.

The Need for Parental Consent

WE want to collect PII from your child.  However, your consent is required before WE collect, use or disclose your child's PII.

Specific PII WE Want To Collect and How It Might Be Disclosed To Others

Except as stated in this Notice and OUR Privacy Policy, we do not disclose PPI to third parties without first obtaining a parent's consent.  If WE employ a third party to perform work related to the SITE or the B. Famous On Stage™ Magic application (hereafter APPLICATION), WE provide only the particular PII required to perform that work and require that party to keep PII confidential.

In addition to following, WE may disclose PII to third parties without informing you for the following reasons:

  • In connection with legitimate business activities as permitted by law such as an acquisition or merger

  • To protect our legal rights

  • To pursue remedies to limit damages WE may sustain

  • To prevent fraud or other illegal activity

  • To reply to request from public authorities

  • To comply with all laws and legal processes

WE collect and might disclose the following PII:

  1. (hereafter "SITE") is hosted by Ltd. (hereafter "WIX").  When anyone, including your child, visits the SITE, WIX automatically collects certain information which is integral to making the SITE operational.  This information is disclosed to WIX.

  2. The SITE uses Google Fonts to display text.  When anyone, including your child, visits the SITE, your child's PPI might automatically be disclosed to Google LLC (hereafter "GOOGLE").  See "What does using the Google Fonts API mean for the privacy of my users?"

  3. With the exceptions of Items 1 and 2 above, your child is not required to disclose any PII to visit the SITE.

  4. If your child makes use of the SITE's email capability, your email address is used to determine if you have provided consent by inspecting a password-protected, encrypted database (hereafter "DATABASE") stored on a WIX server.  In this case, your email address is disclosed to WIX and to US.  Your email address is not entered into the DATABASE until you return a signed copy of this notice.

  5. If you return a signed copy of this notice, WE will retain that copy until you withdraw your consent.  In this case, information contained in the copy is disclosed to WIX and to US.

  6. If you provide your consent, and your child uses the SITE's email capability, your child's email address is disclosed to WIX and to US.

  7. The SITE is designed to support the APPLICATION which is available via the Apple® (hereafter "APPLE") App Store®.  The APPLICATION includes in-app purchase capability.  The PII required to make in-app purchase possible is disclosed to Apple, to Nami ML Inc. (hereafter "NAMI") (a company that facilitates the processing of in-app purchases), and to US.  NAMI requires a token be resident on the user's device in order to make their service possible.  NAMI's Terms of Service states, "The User Token will not include any PII and will not be used to deliver any targeted or behavioral advertising.".

How WE Use PII WE Collect

WE use PPI to deliver the SITE's content and App Store offerings and to provide a means of receiving and responding to email.

PPI Security

  • WE minimize the PPI WE collect and retain PPI only as long is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • WE dispose of PPI when WE no longer have a legitimate reason for retaining it.

  • PPI contained in the DATABASE is password-protected and encrypted on one or more servers secured by WIX.

  • WE do not sell PII for any purposes, exchange mailing lists with other organizations or use Google Analytics.

Please note that we may change OUR Privacy Policy at any time by posting such changes on the SITE.  If WE make any material change to the way we collect, use or disclose PII, we will send a new Notice to you and request your consent again.

How May A Parent Access A CHILD's PPI?

A parent may send an email to requesting the PPI of a parent and/or child to which WE have access.  Please indicate your desire to access your and/or your child's PPI in the message.

How May A Parent Revoke Their Consent?

A parent may, at any time, revoke their consent, instruct the COMPANY to delete PII from its records and refuse the further use or collection of PII without any discrimination on OUR part.  This may be done by sending an email request to:  Upon receiving such a request. WE anonymize PPI in OUR possession such that it can no longer be used to identify you personally, but allows US to meet OUR obligation to prove WE have compled with your request.

How May A Parent Provide Their Consent?

To provide your consent, please do the following:

  1. Print this form.

  2. Print your email address and that of the child for which you have authority to provide your consent.

  3. Sign and date the form by hand (not electronically).

  4. Scan or photograph each page of the signed and dated form.

  5. Create an email containing each page of the signed and dated form.
